Protec Warranty Information

Protec cases and bags (except for MAX cases and bags) are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for 5 years from the date of purchase to the original purchaser. MAX cases and bags are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase to the original purchaser. Only a proof of purchase will validate warranty submissions.

Specifically excluded is any damage caused by wear and tear, misuse, transport damage or accidents. Protec will repair or replace (at our discretion) defective products. Protec disclaims any responsibility for incidental or consequential damage.

Materials and prices subject to change without notice.

All returns must include a return authorization number, otherwise the return will be refused. Shipping charges to and from Protec are the responsibility of the original purchaser. Return authorization numbers can be obtained by submitting a request using our warranty claim form.

Warranties on other products distributed by Protec are to be handled directly through the manufacturer and is subject to their terms and conditions.
