Protec accepts returns within 30 days for any unused items. All returns must include a return authorization number; otherwise the return will be refused. 

Shipping charges to Protec are the responsibility of the original purchaser. Return authorization numbers can be obtained by submitting a request to sales@protecstyle.com or calling us at 714-441-0114 (Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm PST).

For Protec purchases made through retail stores, please contact the original store of purchase for return information. Please note that returns through retailers are subject to their respective return policies/conditions.
